By submitting payment you agree to our terms. Payment confirms acceptance of the prepared quote. Work begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All projects are scoped and agreed upon via a formal quote/invoice before work starts. We offer up to two rounds of revisions; additional revisions may be charged.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because work is custom and digital, payments are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is canceled prior to work starting we will issue a full refund.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information required to complete your service and process payment (Name, Email, Project Details). We do not collect or store card data — all payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-compliant). We do not share personal contact details with third parties for marketing without consent.
